HHS 5000 04 1019 Fully-synthetic penetrating oil with PTFE with extreme thermal stability. Offers maximum LUBRICATING SAFETY in daily use. • Lubricating safety. • Reaches areas where the lubricating oil must be effective (extremely high creep capacity). • Excellently suited for non-visible lubricating points. • Wear safety. • With PTFE solid lubricant share. • After grease film tears off, PTFE takes over lubrication (emergency running property). • Continuous gliding protection film under high thermal loads (Fig. 1). • Safety due to long-term effect. • Provides reliable, long-term protection against corrosion. • No oxidation (gumming) up to +200°C. Briefly up to +250°C. • No coking residues. • Application safety. • O-ring and X-ring compatible. • Compatible with plastic. • Behaves neutrally toward painted surfaces. • Splash and saltwater-resistant, withstands weak acids and alkaline solutions. • Contains no silicone, resin or acid. • Operating temperature range: –20°C to +200°C Temporarily: +250°C. • Colour: Transparent Applications: Suitable for lubrication with the closest tolerances and high temperature loading, e.g. throttle valve joints, inside bearings, thermally loaded chains and slide rails etc. This information is only a recommendation based on our experience. Preliminary testing required. Partner Product: HHS Clean Operating Temperature / Service Life Graph. Where the lubricating film tears with ordinary mineral-oil based lubricants (e.g. at 120°C, red curve), our HHS 5000 offers a longer lubricating effect (green curve), i.e. "Safety Lubrication“. This ensures a long-term effect and offers an enormous safety reserve in everyday use.The long-term effect is only possible with a clean, pre-treated lubricating point. We therefore recommend careful, thorough pre-cleaning with HHS Clean before every use.
