HHS LUBE 04 1025 EP long-term sprayed grease with OMC 2 technology. Highly protective effect against weathering and environmental influences. Effects of weathering. • Low dust and dirt adhesion. • Excellently suited for open lubrication outdoors. • Longer life of lubricating grease. • Outstanding insulating properties. • Extended lubricating intervals. • Resistant to salt water and splash water, as well as weak acids and alkaline solutions. • Excellent corrosion protection. • No rinsing off of lubricant. • Oxidation-stable. Environmental influences. • High pressure load of parts to be lubricated. • Extremely pressure-resistant due to addition of EP additives (EP= extreme pressure). • Outstanding noise and vibration damping properties. • Minimises wearing and substance loss of lubricated surfaces. • Improves lubricity due to thermoplastic surface smoothing (OMC 2 technology). • Reduces friction temperature, resulting in longer lubricating effect. • Low wear. • Contains no silicone, resin or acid. • Operating temperature range: –25°C to +150°C Temporarily: +170°C. • Colour: Opal Green Applications: Suitable for open lubrication with high dirt and weathering influence, e.g. gearwheels, wire cables, chains, spring tensioners, anti-friction bearings etc. This information is only a recommendation based on our experience. Preliminary testing required. Partner Product: HHS Clean Viscosity index Description Contents Art. No. Pack Qty. HHS Lube 500ml 0893 106 5 1/6 Sealing behaviour against dirt and splash water. The grease forms a sealing „grease collar“ against moisture and dirt particles between the opposing body and the base body (Fig. 1). The dirt cannot reach the lubricating point, ensuring long-term lubrication. The lubricating intervals extended in this way are only possible with good pre-cleaning of the lubricating point, and we therefore recommend thorough cleaning with HHS Clean, Art. No. 0893 106 10, before every use. Fig. 1 seal seal dirt particles BASE BODY SEALING OPPOSITE BODY MOVEMENT Manner of operation of OMC 2 technology. (thermoplastic surface smoothing) From a microscopic standpoint, all metal surfaces are rough (Fig. 2.1) and are subject to constant wear and substance loss when subjected to friction (environmental influences). HHS Lube with OMC technology smoothes the metal surfaces by means of thermoplastic flow deformation (Fig. 2.2 and 2.3), ensuring the longer life of the components.Fig. 2.1 Fig. 2.2 Fig. 2.3 NZ. pub. 10/14 ©
