Application: • Grinding of edges and surfaces of plane or curved components: - Grain 24-36: Leveling of welding seams, spot welds,brazing seams, deburring of parts made from sheet metal, castings or forgings, removal of spures. - Grain 50-80: Smoothing of butt welds, beveling of edges, grinding of sheet metal and other metallic surfaces. -Grain 50-120: Rust removal, removal of old layeres of paint, fine grinding for car body repairs. • Highly elastic, fully synthetic resin bonding. Suitable for grinding the following materials: Steel, non-ferrous metals, castings and alumiunium alloys. General work and safety notes: • Use fibre discs only with approved backing discs, that are in perfect condition. • The diameter of the fibre disc should exceed that of the backing disc by more than 15mm. • Plunge-cut grinding is not permitted. • Never work without wearing appropriate protective gear, such as goggles, gloves, hearing protection, etc. • Do not store discs in direct sunlight, near heat sources, in humid places or on the floor.
